Fitbit is not updating

The busy symbol has been spinning all day but my Fb hasn't updated

Hello there @Lion126!

 

I'd like to ask you some questions in order to better understand this situation. When did this start happening? Have you tried to log out and then back into your account? Could you please take a screen shot and then post it here so that I can see exactly what's the app showing?

Since day 1. I have gone through all of the typical troubleshooting steps. Power off and on both phone and FB. Forget device and reconnect. Everything.

I'd recommend that we try to run the setup process once again, to be sure. Please follow these steps:

1. On the Fitbit app dashboard, go to the Account tab.
2. Tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your tracker and follow the instructions that show up.
