Fitbit versa keeps shutting down?

Charged my Fitbit overnight as normal, have gone to wear it this morning and it’s resetting itself every minute, it won’t track my HR and the screen won’t register when I’m pressing it? Have forced a restart but it made no difference. I rely on this watch for everything! Any ideas?

also noticed that the green light on the back of the watch isn’t flickering when I take it off like normal

Hi @Joannah23  which phone and what platform do you use ? It would help us know which forum area would give the best possible response. Let us know. Are you still under warranty? You really shouldn't charge the device overnight.

I use an iPhone X and the Fitbit app? By over night I mean until it’s charged as I wake up and put it on. I don’t think it’s under warranty as I had it bought for me last year as a present

I moved this to the iOS area so you might get better responses. Do you recall when you received it? Warranty is one year in the US and 2 in some European countries.
