Fitbit vibrates even after answering call

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I answer a call on my iphone and my Fitbit prior to IOS 13 would stop as soon as I answered the call.  Now my wrist keeps buzzing endlessly, even after I end the call.  Sometimes it shows and buzzes incoming call after I have completed the call all together!!  Fitbit, we understand that the IOS gave you all some compatibility issues, but come on.  Its been months now.  No more excuses.  Please resolve the issues before everyone gets an Apple Watch, garmin, etc for Xmas instead of a Fitbit.

ditto

this has gone on long enough and now my wife’s versa2 is not recording workouts and notifying her sporadically. Everything is up to date, called the help desk and the common line is lip service. Asked for a Sup and they email 10hrs later with; I need to video swiping up and down and send via email; ridiculous.  It’s noon Sunday and no reply back or call!

Hello @Collarussie  and @ozflygirl

First and foremost I apologize for the extremely late response. I try hard to answer new questions within the day but somehow both of your post completely slipped past me which is no excuse.

@Collarussie If I understand correctly your wife is experiencing issues with the Versa 2 not logging her workouts. Versa 2 automatically recognizes and records many high-movement activities which are at least 15 minutes long. Sync your device to see basic stats about your activity in your exercise history.
This help article can explain how to track your exercise in greater detail: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1785 if you feel that after reviewing the help article and your still experiencing issues I would suggest these steps:

First try restarting your Versa 2. You will not lose data doing this. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186

If your still experiencing issues please try this:

Log out of the Fitbit App

force shut the app by swiping it upward

now turn off your iOS device completely, wait 1-2 mins then turn your iOS device back on

log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password

now sync your Versa 2

😃Hopefully this will give you a resolution. Please let me know.

@ozflygirl  If I understand your post correctly you are experiencing issues with buzzing/vibrations during and after a call. You did not state which Fitbit Tracker you currently have. I suspect, based on your issue, that you have the Fitbit Blaze. If that is indeed correct, this issue is currently a known issue and is being addressed here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Blaze-vibrates-on-outgoing-call/m-p/3783307#M114963

Another thread is also here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Fitbit-keeps-vibrating-after-answering-a-call/td-p/3805085

Please review those threads for further information about this issue.
If you do not have the Fitbit Blaze please tell me which Fitbit Tracker you have so that I can better assist you.
😃Keep me posted

MegaBite, thanks for trying.  Unfortunately my Fitbit Blaze is still buzzing.  The first link you posted is broken, but the second one got me to another post.  I tried all things mentioned, but alas, to no avail ;(

Thank you. Based on the amount of people who appear to have the same issue on other posts, it’s not a resolved issue.  I’m certain Fitbit is well aware of this glitch.
