Graphs show "no measurements" instead of data

My relatively new Versa 2 is not tracking anything beyond high level data. Every category just says “no measurements” once you click on the daily totals of each category. Where you should see peaks and valleys is just a statement called “no measurements.” Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the update. I have reviewed my details on the website for a few
weeks and the data and charts are all available. The IOS app still does not
display, but at least we can know the data is still available.

Good job Fitbits have nothing to do with people's health.

Could have been serious.

My charge 5 does not show steps and calories throughout the day, instead it displays “no measurements” on the graph page.

It’s 10 days since you posted this as best answer. Please can you provide an update. Not much point in wearing a Fitbit if half of the data isn’t recorded

thanks

Hi, my app has suddenly stopped showing the breakdown of Calories burnt, steps walked etc per hour. The totals are correct but when I click on them to see the breakdown it says no measurements. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know how I can fix it?

Hello,

Any updates on this issue? I am still seeing the “no measurements” error.
Thanks!

Just submitting the same again to see if they unmark the other one as solved!

Way to stop hearing your Apple customers!

Since you used all caps and 2 exclamation points, I am sure they will give you top priority.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

What’s the point of your comment?
Obviously,  even if deleted, it was on purpose just so they would go back to the original thread and say something and at least have the respect of remove the marked tick. As they have ignored the hundreds of comments still coming in …

I have a Charge 5 and since late October my detailed steps have not been showing in the app and it states “no measurements”. I have an IOS system.  I hope this can be fixed soon.

I noticed a problem too this morning.  Device won't sync with app, and no step count.  Also noticed that when I connected it to the charger, the usual "charging __%" screen didn't show.  Hopefully this is one of those blips that will resolve itself within the day.

when using the app on an apple iPhone the graph that usually shows how many steps I’ve made each hour during the course of a day is now showing ‘no measurements’

my wife’s app is showing exactly the same when she logs into her app to check. It used to show a graph of how many steps I’d done by hour during the course of a day.
Does anyone know how to fix this please?

That's a known, reported problem with the iOS app, presumably being worked on.

See IOS App board.  I think affecting all Fitbit models on iOS app.

It seems that this only affects iPhone/iPad app users and does not affect android users.  Wondering how much of this is related to Google's ownership of Fitbit, which I'm sure considers Apple a competitor.

As I've looked at the data available web dashboard, I see a lot of info is no longer visible in the app.  Unacceptable!  Come on Fitbit!  Come on Google!
