About 2 weeks ago the heart rate report for my run disappeared from the app tracker. So when I go to look at the stats
after completing my run, there is no heart rate data. I start the tracker from the app when I begin my run, as I have always done. What’s up?

@PurpleHR Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Thank you for reporting the missing heart rate data. This issue is being investigated by our team so hopefully they will find the source and fix it. Still I appreciate your patience in this matter.
Let me know how it goes.

Update: I have twice tested starting my run from my fitbit device and also from the app, simultaneously. Both times HR data is only displayed in the final report for the device tracking. This leads me to believe that something is wrong with the run tracking from the app. Maybe all tracking from the app, but I only use it for runs. Doesn't seem to be importing/syncing HR data from the device.

I have the same issue but I don’t have any heart rate data if I use GPS to track a run. I give up on all these issues. Fitbit is no longer worth my time.
