The heart rate graph (mine is a Charge HR), no longer uses a consistent vertical scale between days, instead rejigging itself each day to presumably show a more interesting looking graph! This is sooo annoying as you can’t do day-to-day comparison visually. For example I like to look at my sleeping heart rates, and before, you could swipe through each day and instantly see anomalies because every day had the same vertical scale. Now it’s useless for that. Please give us an option to switch back to a ‘locked’ vertical scale.

I’ve been having the same exact issue for the last couple days. Shows strange numbers on the scale and the graph isn’t even accurate anymore.

"@Fitmest99 and @sully1311, thanks for bringing this to my attention, also for the screenshots provided. This is an unusual behavior, and appreciate you for sharing detailed information about your devices. I'd recommend to try logging out from the Fitbit app, rebooting your phone and logging back in. Feel free to contact me if the heart rate graph is still incorrect."
Thanks a million for trying the steps from that post, and I'm sorry that it didn't make a difference. As posted above, I've escalated all your details to our team so they can investigate and work on this situation. While I don't have more details, be sure that once I have more updates, I'll post them here.
@tflawless, thanks for joining the conversation and sharing you're having the same issue with the Fitbit app. @Gills123, I appreciate you for getting back. To further investigate, please let me know your iPhone's model, the iOS version and the Fitbit app version. Also, may I know if there are 3 or 5 icons at the bottom of the Fitbit app?
I'll look forward to your reply.

I’m having the same problem with the graph. It started before the app update and the new dashboard, about the same time the first post was made. And i have the feeling it messes with the resting rate as well, it got suddenly about 5 beats per minute higher at the same time...
thank you for your help

I'm having problems too. My graph has always given different scales on different days on the detailed views, adjusting itself to the range of that day's data.
However my new problem is that the y axis numbers are now completely inaccurate (same as screenshots posted by other users).
Im on an iPhone6 iOS 10.3.3 (I have an essential work app only available in 32 bit) and app version unknown as I can't look whilst in the forum!
separate issue I emailed about the graph problem and got the acknowledgement email which said to reply to the email to update my case. I wanted to send screenshots but I can't reply as instructed as it was sent from noreply@
i then tried to submit another help request to report that problem but now the form won't submit as it claims I hadn't typed my email address but it is clearly there (and has been deleted and retyped twice with no success).

I am having the exact same problem and have been for a number of weeks. Is there anything I can do to stop it? It is infuriating when you cannot accurately measure your variances throughout the day.

Same problem here. This is a bug, Fitbit needs to fix it.

I noticed a similar thing started happening on an unrelated website that uses charts to show stock prices, which led me to dig into this a bit further. Being a native iOS app I can't easily tell what charting lib Fitbit is using, but if it's this one, you may need to set the setting for `dynamicYAxis` back to `false`:

The vertical axis on my heart rate graph is incorrect - the axis values do not match the data points. Very annoying, and only happened with the latest update to V3.0 the other day.
I am not a fan of the new layout at all.

I understand the importance of seeing your heart rate data correctly, and I'm sorry that you're going this situation. As mentioned before, our team is still working to get a resolution as soon as possible. While I don't have a time frame when this will be fixed, once I have more details to share, I'll post it here.

Scale still does not correspond to the HR values. This has been a problem for over a month, and there has been 3 bug fixes to the app in that period with no fixes. If I could downgrade the app, I would.

For me it happened already in June, before the new dashboard. It was one of the older versions of the app, i don’t know of 2.94 or something like that. Just of sudden it started...

I’m in the same boat with the heart graph. As a heart transplant recipient, it’s imperative that the stats are as close to true as possible. In the earlier version, the heart rate graph extended made sense...now, not at all. I really love my Fitbit Charge2, and can’t believe I’m considering switching over to the Apple Watch... Please fix the issue. Thanks!
