Heart rate not displaying after updating to iOS 4.3

With the latest iOS update  4.3, the heart rate number is not displaying in the heart tile. The darkened circle and the dot in the circle indicates that there is live data.

I removed and reinstalled the app but still not showing. However it does display in the Resting Heart Rate tile.

I am using 4.03 and IOS 17 and have same problem starting today. No heart rate on top of first page, just a range and sometimes it is on the wrong side of the circle. Must be a bug.

Same issue. I know it’s tracking the heart rate because if I scroll down to Heart… I can see it. But it doesn’t show it in the dashboard like others showed. 

Very annoying. I liked the old app version … simple and clean.

Same frustrating problem for me. While my live heart rate continues to show up on my Charge 5 itself, it’s completely disappeared from the dashboard in my app. Everything else, incl steps, is synching. But I can’t see my current heart rate any more on the app. It’s just the circle with no figures.

my heart rate is not show in the fitapp within custom focus on the dashboard.  

i have restarted, removed bluetooth and repaired, removed app and reinstalled.  i feel like i have tried all the things.  Can this be fixed.

Hello @rohoffman27 and welcome to the Community.  If you use an iPhone, this is a known bug with version 4.03 of the Fitbit app.  Fitbit is aware of the problem, but I don't know when it will get fixed.

Mine quit working as well, I chattered with tech support and they were no help, they said uninstall and reinstall the app, which didn’t do anything but waste my time. I asked them to elevate to their techs yet no action, just reinstall horrible service

@Viclee62 @TomFiske   There is a known issue with version 4.03 of the iOS version of the Fitbit app.  You don't say what platform you use, so this might or might not be your problem.  If you use iPhones, Fitbit is very aware of the problem.

The hear rate now displays, not sure of the causation or the fix but it displaying HR.

My watch is working fine and shows my heart rate however on my app on mobile phone it is not showing my heart rate in the round circle at top of dashboard which it always has till today.

Just updated my iPhone 13 to iOS 17.1.1. Same problem.

I have the same useless dashboard. Is it only in Fitbit premium or just a general bug in the app.

For me, the new app no longer displays BPM and out of range.

So, since a couple of days ago my current pulse under ”Today” (focus) is not showing anything. I’ve tried changing the focus and everything works then but when I set in back on the focus ”Improve heart health” the heart rate is not there. I have reset my watch and deleted the app but it still doesn’t work.
