Thanks for letting us know about this issue with the blank sleep heart-rate graph.

 

Our team is currently working to resolve it and hope to have a fix soon. Please be sure to keep your Fitbit Versa 2 and Fitbit app up-to-date to ensure you receive the quickest resolution.
