I use the “track exercise “ setting when I go mountain biking, but can only choose run, hike, or walk. I can change the activity later after it is completed, but that seems like an unnecessary step. Are there any ways to add ride/bike to this?

@Butlerpei When you track from the app like this, you are using an app tracking feature known as MobileRun. It only tracks walk/run/hike.
I looked at your previous posts. At that time, you had questions about your Charge HR. If you are still using your Charge HR, the MobileRun is your only option for GPS mapping.
If you have upgraded to a GPS connected device, then you should use the Exercise app with Bike as an exercise.
Fitbit has no plans to add biking to MobileRun.

@Butlerpei, welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Let me help you recording your bike activities. As @LZeeW explained when using MobileRun you only have the three options you mentioned. If you have a newer device then you may be able to use the exercise mode on in to record your biking activities.
Let me know how it goes.

I have a charge 2, but updating a device isn’t an option. Seems a little silly, as the app doesn’t call it “MobileRun”. It’s call “Track Exercise”. Doesn’t really help me much. Unfortunate downside to Fitbit.
