Inspire HR notification tab on app not working

My Inspire HR quit receiving notifications from my iphone. I've updated both the phone's and Inspire's op systems and followed all advice from various articles, etc, including making sure notifications is turned on on my fitbit. When I go to the Account screen on my phone the notications tab does nothing when I click on it. The Silent Alarms, Reminders to Move, and Heath & Wellness Reminders tabs all open fine. Just not the Notifications tabs. It used to work fine. Thank you jlt

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app in order to open the Notifications tile. You can confirm the troubleshooting instructions to resolve the issue with notifications at How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
