About 2 hours ago my Fitbit stopped synchronizing. I followed all proposals I could find in regards to Bluetooth, notification, restart of device and iPhone without any success.
Any other ideas?
As an additional info: I updated my iPhone earlier this morning however after the update Fitbit continued to synch for about 3 hours before it stopped so I doubt there is a connection.

Hello @Loerrach
I understand your having syncing issues. It seems to been a large problem after updating the newest iOS update. I would suggest doing a complete uninstall/reinstall of your Fitbit app. This seems to work really well since the new iOS update has a lot of pesky issues. You will not lose your data doing this.
Here’s how:
1. Log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up
2. completely uninstall the Fitbit App from your device
3. now completely shut down your device and wait about 1 min then restart your device
4. once your device has reloaded reinstall the Fitbit app by downloading it from the App Store
5. once it’s installed, log into your device as you normally would with username and password
6. don’t touch anything in the app...just wait until you get a prompt from your Bluetooth.
7. When prompted by your Bluetooth tap yes
8. now try to sync
Doing this will give you the cleanest install and should repair your syncing time issues.
😃 Please let me know if I provided you with the best answer to resolve your issue.

Thanks MegaBite !
After previous problems with the app not showing all data from wrokouts,
it stopped working al together after the latest update.
After following these steps at least the general data is begin synched with the app again and my Fitbit didn't end up in the trash just yet. 🙂
Thank you.
