Several weeks ago I updated my iPhone 8 to iOS13. Ever since, my Fitbit Ionic is no longer getting text notifications. I called Fitbit support two weeks ago and went through some troubleshooting steps. They confirmed all my settings were correct and that this was a known issue.
When will there be a fix deployed? I've been waiting patiently, but I'm running out of patience. One of the primary reasons I have a Fitbit is for the text message notifications.

Fitbit have not given an estimated date for a fix to this problem. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates and recommendations. When there is news of a fix that's where we'll hear about it:
