HOW DO I SET UP A REPLACEMENT DEVICE OR ADD A SECOND DEVICE TO MY ACCOUNT? FITBIT APP
- Tap the Today tab
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

My ionic is new, it is the second one I’ve had, trying to setup the device my ionic gives me the 4 digit code to start the tracker, but I don’t have the chance to then sync because it fails to pick up the tracker

Hello @Carbotec
Lets try restarting your Ionic. Here’s how:
- For Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. For Fitbit Versa Lite Edition and Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons. Now try setting it up
