Since updating my phone to iOS 13.4.1 my charge 3 will not synch. Have tried everything in the help function.
Does anyone else experience This problem and did you fix it

I would be persistent and call. My Charge 3 stopped syncing altogether and after 6 weeks of perseverance they finally replaced. It was still under warranty btw.
