Issues with food logs and active minutes after the latest update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When you connect to the Fitbit it syncs your active minutes then two to five seconds later it resets the active minutes to zero. Also having problems with logging food count. It will double everything up. For an example is you have coffee, toast, and fruit one morning then the next morning you have coffee, cereal and fruit..it will add the pervious day food log for the day. You have to go back and delete what you didn’t have that day...this new update is more of a pain then the last one. Please fix it

I’m also getting the doubling up problem with logging calories and nutrition info. I then have to delete all the extra items. Can we please have this into the next Sprint Backlog.

I have a Versa and I’m using the iOS app. I’ve been experiencing issues with my active minutes. It says I have 0 active minutes even after going for a 3 mile run.

So today, I have 12,000 steps, 4.6 miles, 15 floors but 0 active minutes lol. Been seeing this bug for a while now. Anyone else?

I've seen a bit of a lag in active minutes being registered, but I've never lost any so far.  Well done on the 12000 steps though! 👏
