I am using an iphone 5, ios 9.3.1, and the problem of missing Fitbit device name, sync and battery status is fixed temporarily by logging out and back in, but then goes missing again a short time later

1. Apple iPhone 6 plus
2. IOS 9.3.1
3. Fitbit App Version 2.22
Periodically the sync bar disappears from the app, but when I kill the app and restart it appears again.

Totally agree. My battery ran out today and my data is lost.
Please return it to what it was before.

@Shellpiercy @Garryco Our engineers are currently working on resolving this issue, I don't have a time frame of when the fix will be available, but we are trying to push it out as soon as possible.
As a short-term workaround, I've seen instances on this thread where logging out of the App and then back in has helped, as well as restarting your iOS device.
Apologies for any potential inconvenience!

Hi Derrick, I posted to this thread yesterday - the best "fix" is to clear the apps from apple product's homescreen. I did it yesterday and the dashboard was fine all day. Started out OK this morning, then lost the status again. Cleared the apps again and it has been fine all day. This is the longest lasting work around until the issue is completely resolved. The process has worked for others as well.
