Best AnswerWhen I open the Fitbit (Flex) dashboard page on my phone, the same as on my account online (PC), I see that I am missing the option to see the battery level at the top of my dashboard items page. It dissapeared and now, the first line shows Steps but I am not able to see it being updated while I walk or excercise, even thou it automatically update the steps later in the day, even when I have All-Day Sync. To get the steps updated right away, I have to actaully go to the All-Day Sync and click Sync Now.
Can someone let me know how I can add the line that shows my battery level and why the steps are not being updated right away while i'm in motion? Thanks in advance.

@jatony @Lrmatt I've merged your post into this thread where users are experiencing the same thing. This is an issue that our team is currently working to resolve.
I've also seen a few posts on this thread where logging out of the App and then logging back in has helped with this problem and also restarting your iOS device.
@cils @SunsetRunner Our engineers are currently working to push out a fix for this issue as soon as possible. I'll update this thread once is is available.

When i log out of the app and then log back in again, the syncing and the dashboard return.
However this seems to be temporary and dissapears again. I hve been experiencing the same isssue now for a few days!

I have a Fitbit charge HR and overnight the iOS app has removed the tracker name and also the live updates on the dash board are no longer syncing? Any ideas?
I can initiate a sync and the All-time sync is switched on.
All was working fine yesterday
