Rebooting fixes it on my iphone5, but also only temporarily. It started happening frequently for me after the most recent app update. It seems very strange that even after a reboot, it changes the screen layout after a while. what's up with that?
It'll be great when there's a fix that lasts available. Where is fitbit support staff on this issue?

This is happening on my Charge HR as well! Is this only on iPhones, because I have a 6. I have rebooted the phone, this helps temporarily and logged out and back into the fitbit mobile app, also a temp fix. The information is available under the "account" screen, but I am used to the it being on the dashboard too and don't like having to switch back and forth. I agree with another poster, where is the support team on this topic since it doesn't seem to be random. Any help coming fitbit????? Please???!!!

Welcome to our Community @GlennL! Thanks for joining us! This is pretty weird, can you please provide me with a screenshot showing me exactly what you're seeing on your mobile app?
Keep me posted!

@MarmaladeToast I've moved your post from the feature request board to this thread. This is a known bug that our team is currently investigating.
So far I've seen instances of logging out of the Fitbit App and then logging back in help, as well as restarting your iOS device.
Lastly, if you could answer the questions in my lead-in post it would be a huge help!

I am running iOS 9.3.1 on an iPhone 6 Plus. The "Charge HR" bar and the ability to live sync disappears once or twice a day now. The steps, etc., don't update as I walk and heart rate only shows the resting HR, no live HR. Closing and opening the app doesn't help. I have to turn my phone off and then back on.

I recently received a new HR recently, all information transfered, but the battery level no longer appears on my phone. I checked all sections on my profile and data, but see nothing to help me. How can I get that back?

You can go to the account tab to see the tracker tile that should show your battery level. You can also close down your app then open it again and that should reset it to show the tracker tile on your dashboard. There's something wrong with the new app update that was sent out, but no word yet on when it will be acknowledged by Fitbit or fixed.

It works for awhile then the sync and battery level disappear again

I have had this problem also on my iPad, after the Fitbit app was updated to version 2.22 on April 28. It appears to be an intermittent problems, sometimes the device status line is there when I open the app and sometimes the device status line is missing.
