Fitbit Update 5/25/2017
Thank you for taking the time to share feedback. I can assure you the comments have been and continued to be reviewed and shared with our iOS team.
As a reminder, I'm including our help article on the Fitbit app here.
Overwhelmingly, recent posts share the sentiment of no longer being able to revert back to the original dashboard and not having the option to choose. At this time there are no plans to revert access to the old Dashboard, but we always appreciate feedback on how to improve our app.
As a reminder, Please remember to keep your posts respectful and on-topic, per our Community Guidelines. This thread will be better for everyone as a constructive conversation.
Fitbit Update 8/17/2016
Beginning with version 2.26 of the Fitbit app for iOS, the new Fitbit app dashboard with an updated look is now fully implemented. You can no longer return to the old design. We're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we appreciate all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
You can find information about the new app dashboard and how to start using it by clicking here.
Fitbit Update 5/25/2016
I'm very pleased to announce that iOS users who have updated to version 2.23 of the Fitbit iOS App are now able to opt-in to use a preview of a new design of the Fitbit iOS dashboard!
One of my favorite features for this new dashboard preview is the quick log button in the bottom-center of the iOS App. This feature allows users to quickly: track an exercise, log food, log sleep, log water, send a friend request, scan a food barcode (if you are using the US food database), log their weight, or set an alarm.
Users can opt-in to use the new iOS dashboard design by:
1. Updating to version 2.23 of the Fitbit iOS App, click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
2. Click the Account button in the bottom right-hand corner.
3. Scroll down and click the Advanced Settings button.
4. Toggle the Preview New Dashboard button at the top of the page on.
Click here for more details and let me know if you have any questions!

Hello everyone! Thanks for sharing your feedback. You can continue using the existing dashboard design for the time being. Over the next few months, the old design will no longer be available and the new design will become permanent.
If you don't like the new Dashboard design you can add your comments to the idea:
Option to keep old iOS dashboard on our Feature Request board. This is the best place to make your voice heard!

I hate the new dashboard on my iphone! I loved how the colors changed during the day from blue to yellow to orange and finally green so you could get excited about the progress. Now it's just blue. It's also much harder to read the steps. I don't think I've made my goal steps since the format changed.

How about commenting on what FitBit thinks of the DESIGN FLAW where the new dashboard doesn't update all the tiles when you scroll thru previous days' data?
Many of us would be OK with the new dashboard if this problem is fixed.

Second this! I want to be able to see what happened across all my counters yesterday....sleep, water, heart rate...as well as steps. I assumed this was a bug/flaw that would be changed...I can't see why on one screen you would want to view top-half yesterday's data, bottom-half today's data. Makes no sense.
Would also, like lots of people, love to be able to choose which 'top 5' measures I have at the top of the page. For my medical condition, sleep and heart rate mean WAY more to me than active minutes and floors climbed. Flexibility for all users!

Hello everyone! Thanks for sharing your feedback about the new iOS Dasboard. As mentioned on the article shared above. The best place to share your feedback is the Feature Request board on our community, I found the ideas: Option to keep old iOS dashboard or Ability to see previous days with all tiles on iOS app.
Vote and add your comments to the idea you like, the more votes it gets more opportunities it has to be noticed by our developers.
Catch you later!

I can't believe Fitbit is doubling down on this issue of not showing us the previous day's data when we scroll back through time in the app. I thought for sure this was either a bug that they would fix, or some intern's design idea that somehow slipped through to production and would be corrected when customers alerted you to the issue...
Nope, looks like this is intentional. Unbelievable.
I don't think kicking us over to a feature request board to vote on a fix for this is a reasonable response to this problem. This is an issue of basic design and usability. When I scroll back to last Monday, I am doing so because I want to see all of my data from last Monday. Is that not obvious?
This is the sort of thing that will absolutely have many of us looking elsewhere when it comes time to replace or upgrade our devices. I'll say it again, I can't believe this has not been addressed yet.

Hello @Darkstar72 currently it's not possible to show the Aria scale on the screen. You will need to access from the tile. Welcome to the Forums @ASARA you are welcome just remember you can continue using the existing dashboard design for the time being. Over the next few months, the old design will no longer be available and the new design will become permanent. @Doeadeer thanks for sharing your feedback. @Anonycrom thanks for sharing your feedback about the new Dashboard, I know you don't want to vote for the ideas shared above but this is the best place to make your voice heard. Our developers review this board constantly and take into consideration the ideas with a lot of votes.
Let me know if you have any questions! 🙂

Hi, thanks for your response.
Is there a petition I can sign against implementing the new design?
I am sure the developers have put work into this new design, but from what I have experienced using it and have read from other commenters the new dashboard is just terrible.
If the new dashboard design goes into effect permanently, I will just stop using my Fitbit and look for other fitness tracking options. I love the feasibility and layout of the current Fitbit dashboard, but I will not remain loyal if the app can not effectively help me track my fitness if a fun and easy format. I do not want to be hassled with this new inconvenient design.

So we're meant to post here AND in the formal suggestions area (can't remember what it's called at the mo) AND keep revisiting to vote for posts in order to be heard? Seems a little hard on your customers!

I was advised that in a few months, the new dashboard will become permanent. I'm hoping to get enough votes on here that Fibit will realize that their customers should keep the old dashboard or have the option to choose which dashboards people preferred. Please help our voice count!!
Thanks in advance for your vote!
