I am aware of the compatibility issues. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Fitbit customer support I could not resolve my issues. I just saw online that they apparently do have some sort of fixed but if I can’t get my Fitbit on all day sink because it won’t pair with my iPhone what am I supposed to do. The only option I can think of is to send it back I’ve only had it less than two weeks. It didn’t work and I could get messages and notifications and phone calls the first few days. Very frustrated and disappointed as I am a fairly long time Fitbit user and I’ve never dealt with anything this disturbing

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @KCurly
I believe I can help. I have seen these steps here that has helped to get All Day Sync enabled. Hopefully it can help you as well.
go back to your systems app on your iOS device
-go to Bluetooth
-select your fitbit, another window opens and you choose to ‘forget this device’.
-close bluetooth window and then reopen it. Your fitbit will resync and select your fitbit and choose ‘share systems notifications’ again
Now select ‘all day sync’ on the fitbit app
Further information about notifications issues can be found here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...
😃Please let me know if this works for you

Hello again @KCurly
I’m happy to see you’re still syncing with your Fitbit Inspire 😃 I think this article will help answer your question: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1935/?q=Inspire+start+an+xercise&l=en_US&fs=Sear...
I wasn’t sure if you have the Fitbit Inspire or the Fitbit Inspire HR (starting an exercise can be different for each one) so I thought this might be extremely helpful:
Complete Manual for Fitbit Inspire: https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_inspire_en_US.pdf
Complete Manual Fitbit HR: https://staticcs.fitbit.com/content/assets/help/manuals/manual_inspire_hr_en_US.pdf
😃 I would use the “find on this page” feature to find what you need in the manuals. I do hope this provides you with an answer. Please let me know. I hope you have an amazing weekend.

To See Your Stats
On certain devices, see basic stats about your activity, including duration and calories burned.
After your activity sync your device and tap the Exercise tile in the Fitbit app. here is where you will find details about your activities.

I have the Inspire (not HR) and had the same issue about not being able to do all-day sync and therefore not able to receive notifications on calls and texts. I tried various things that was suggested to troubleshoot, but none worked until I tried MegaBite's suggestion. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!
