New phone - Fitbit charge HR

Please can someone help me?
I have just got a new phone - changed from an android to an iPhone 5s. I've reinstalled the Fitbit app but my phone can't/won't sync with my watch. It just keeps saying "looking" and then last synced at lunchtime. How do I get them to recognise each other?
