Not receiving text messages

Hi all.... is anyone else still having the problem of not receiving text messages on your versa lite since the last iOS update? Fitbit tells me I’m up to date in everything and they’re working on it, but it’s been months!

I’m sorry your not receiving your notifications at this time. Currently notifications are an issue being addressed by the Fitbit Team. Please view this thread here for more information: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...

Pay special attention to page one of that thread and follow all the steps very carefully. If you’re still experiencing issues after carefully performing the steps provided then please keep an eye on that thread.

This has been a problem with Versa and Apple for over a year. I get the same message every time I call Fitbit: "We know about it and engineers are working on it." A year later, countless updates later and text still does not work. I don't know if Apple making it difficult for Fitbit or Fitbit being lazy and doesn't want to invest in the fix. Either way, it's very upsetting.

Yes it is! When I got my Fitbit last August it worked just fine. It is completely pissing me off that I don’t get the texts because that was the only reason I chose the Fitbit for that. At the very list I wish Fitbit would send me a new one that works

I agree.  I bought it for the text too. If they don't fix it I'm going to move to something.
