Fitbit shouldn't be blaming Apple for their mistakes. There are so many other apps that work great with the new iphone update. Fitbit had 3 months to prepare for the update to avoid issue, like all the other app developers,  and here we are 2 months after the fact and still nothing.

If you tried the steps in the teal thread stuck at the top of the ios section and it didn't help then you really aren't going to find a solution here on the forums.

@Amandathimas  I just want to point out i don't work for fitbit nor do they compensate me.  I'm just a really frustrated fitbit owner like you.

I'm just not going to try and sugar coat it for you or waste your time like they would.  It's a real issue and Fitbit hasn't provided any updates on a fix.

If you ordered from Fitbit they give you a return windows of 45 days as customer service told me 2 days ago.  If you purchased in a store you would have to follow their instructions.

Fitbit could fix tomorrow or they may never fix. We just don't know because the one thing that is consistent is that Fitbit doesn't provide updates on the notification issue.

Hello and welcome @Amandathimas

I’m sorry you’re not receiving notifications. Currently this is a known issue the Fitbit Team is aware of and working on a fix. Before you attempt to return your Fitbit Tracker you should consider trying the suggestion steps found here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3... I have read some users have indeed found these steps to work minus being disappointed with the previews showing. Also this thread here is interesting and has some reporting success as well: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Fitbit-on-IOS-no-text-or-call-notifications-SOLUTION-now-wit...

😃 Hopefully you will find success as well. Keep me posted
