Pair Alta with a new iPhone

Hi - I changed to a new cell yesterday and since then I can't pair up with my Alta. Before switch to new iPhone, I also installed the app to my IPAD and it synchronized fine. Can someone help? I have upgraded to the latest iOS version. Thanks.

Is the bluetooth on the iPad on?  If so, please turn off and try the syncing on the iPhone.  You might need to restart your phone.  This happens to me whenever I use multiple devices to sync, which is why I try to only use my iPhone to sync.

Thanks! It is the same issue. I turned off the Bluetooth on my IPad, but forgot to turn off the Bluetooth on my old iPhone:-(
