Hi everyone.

Let me immediately say "what .a big frustration"!

Just got the Fitbit Versa. It is my first Fitbit product.

Well....completely unable to pair it with my iPhone 7 (iOS 11.3 installed).

I checked my bluetooth and it works fine with other devices that I try to pair.

I am waiting a lot of time but the phone does not see the watch.

Please, an help would be highly appreciated before giving it back and buy an Apple watch.

Thanks. Bye

I'm sorry I don't have any other ideas - apart from ensuring that your Versa hasn't secretly paired with your iPad or another device. versa cannot be paired with 2 devices at the same time.

I gave up and purchased a Versa 2. My husband was able to connect the Versa to his Samsung note 9 without issue. Not really sure what’s going on there.

i find it odd i try everything you said to try out...my new versa 2 is not working for my iphone 7 but working for android it responds quickly before the iphone.  My friend who has charger 3 and iphone7 had still not working properly with notification nothing works for three months. When will apple and new fitbits finally going to pairing better? How frustrating we are!

I am trying to pair my Fitbit verse to my Bluetooth on my IPhone 6. It tells me to turn off my versa by pressing the left button with the bottom right button. My versa has only one button on the left. And it doesn’t do anything when I press it. I can even figure out how to work my versa.

Hi,
I understand your frustration with this.
After trying EVERYTHING suggested by Fitbit and spending weeks trying to connect my versa with my iPhone 6, I found the reason for the problem and it was so simple.
I don't know if this will help you but maybe it will.

The Versa only has the ability to be connected to ONE Bluetooth device at a time.

I discovered that my Versa was connecting to my iPad.
When I went into settings on the iPad and turned off Bluetooth there
my Versa was able to connect with my iPhone.

Even 18 months later, every now and then, the Versa connects to the iPad (the Versa seems obsessed with the iPad!!!).

I hope this helps.
I'm not sure if you have other bluetooth things around but in my case it was just a matter of turning off the Bluetooth on the iPad temporarily.

Kind regards
Toni

I solved the problem by getting an Apple Watch.

Best piece of advice I have seen in over six months of having these type of issues.  After reading this, checked my IPAD and sure enough, it was paired and reading the VERSA well.

Extremely annoying and what a waste of time!

just recently my Fitbit Vers lite cannot be found by my iPhone - out of the blue - this happens - I get it paired - then it’s unpaired - on it goes. I don’t think it’s the iPhone as everything else it can pair with has no problem. I realise I can’t have it connecting with 2 devices - for example in the past it prefers to connect with my iPad (so Bluetooth is off on that device!) so here goes another hour trying to pair it so all my stats are on the phone app. I really am considering a different fitness device. Such a shame as I do like the Fitbit but it needs to be trouble free.

Well it just paired! Hallelujah!  All I did was turn off Bluetooth on the iPhone waited 10 seconds and turned it back on.

i hope it stays paired!
