Overnight the period tracking feature has changed to view only mode and won’t let me select the ‘I agree’ option to be able to track.
I’ve tried restarting the app, restarting my phone and delete and re installing the app.
Would love any tips as this is a great feature I use

My Fitbit app won’t let me edit my period and keeps me in view mode. If I try to edit it it pops up with a message (screenshot attached) I tap I agree and it still won’t let me edit. Anyone having this problem? If so how do I fix it?!

Is anyone else having issues putting in their menstrual dates? It keeps giving me this BULL CRAP! I click I agree and it takes me right back to the calendar I am getting ready to throw my phone across my room I started my period today

I can't share my experience here (male; happy to have no period myself; but I empathise), however, you're not alone. There are other posts on the community, in addition to reports and discussion popping up on Reddit as we speak; including, but not limited to:
No acknowledgement from Fitbit or moderators here as of yet. To others affected by this issue: keep sharing your experiences (to constructively help the developers fix this asap, naturally).

Hi @Lily21129 I moved your post to the iOS forum. There are many posts about this and all the screenshots are from the iOS version, indicating that it is an iOS app bug.

I am having the same issue, also iPhone with the new update. Unsure if that is related as well. Regardless, it’s the same issue, I try to update the log and it continues to ask me to agree to the predictions/etc and then kicks me back to the previous page. Also showing “view mode only”.
Same! I haven't update the app or my phone and it just suddenly went in to view only mode within the last few days. I switched to Google sign in, deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing has worked. I have selected 'I Agree' also and it won't accept it, it just keeps going back to have me agree again. This is the only feature that keeps me using this app, hopefully it is fixed soon!
