When I installed the recent update I opened the app and got a message saying that improvements had been made to the readiness score, making it more accurate and it will be available it non-premium members (I have premium). However, my readiness no longer shows and all previous data has gone. It just says “calibrating” and “wear your Fitbit for 7 more nights”. But it’s been saying that for nearly a week.
I’ve logged out, back in. Rebooted phone. Deleted and reinstalled the app. I’ve completely removed my device, reset it and re-added it. Nothing has fixed it.
Anyone else had this?

I have premium and readiness score was working fine until recently when it moved from premium to general feature. Now, even though I wear watch 24/7, I am not getting a daily score or one will show randomly (2 in total over the month). I have removed and re-added, sync, turned devices on off etc. It just no longer works. Any suggestions? My sleep score is fine and have not missed wearing device for any night/day since the changeover.

Best AnswerHello. Has this been fixed? I’m a non-premium user so this is a new feature but it just never calibrates despite me wearing the watch continuously for more than 7 days. Anything I can do to get this score to show? Thanks

False excitement. Readiness score finally on Tuesday after weeks of no score, but no score Wednesday or Thursday.

I got excited on Tuesday after finally receiving a readiness score, but
nothing Tuesday or Wednesday? What’s going on?
Best AnswerWhen will this issue be fixed?
It has been an issue for weeks now since the recent update and it stopped working.
I am a premium subscriber so I am paying for this service, that is now partially not working.
Us premium subscribers should be getting partial refunds, as the service is partially not being supplied, for many weeks now.
This needs escalating inside the fitbit support / product team!
While this is certainly not a long term solution, I have found that if you edit your sleep (don't even need to make a change, just edit your sleep time and then push save and then resync) that readiness shows up for that day. If you want it for historical days you'll need to edit each one, day by day until a better fix is in place.

Best AnswerThis has now worked for me.
Has anyone got the Build Cardio Fitness “Set Your Focus” tile that is supposed to be available? I am still not seeing this as an option when I swipe through the available tile sets at the top of the screen. I have mine custom preset but I don’t see this new Set Your Focus tile appearing that should be appearing as per the instructions - it should be a new option to choose from.
After you edit a sleep entry and save, make sure to force a server resynchronization (pull to sync, etc) for the score to show up for that day.
Thank you but this hasn’t worked for me. Mine has never worked though so don’t know if that’s something to do with it, I’m a non-premium user with this as a new feature so don’t know if that makes a difference or not.
Best AnswerGreat job on finding a workaround that actually works! It’s a real shame the user community has to troubleshoot the problems of a software giant though. I’ve tried this on all the days my score is randomly missing and it has worked except I had to actually change a sleep time by a minute (for example) rather than just edit and re-save without amending the time slept. Then it worked for me. This workaround seems to indicate the bug is related to sleep time and not HRV or active minute data. Hopefully this info you’ve uncovered assists the support team.
Hi Jensta,
Gr8 Post. Are you able to point towards the workaround? Would be really helpful. In the meantime I'll look at the sleep time.
Thanks again,
CiRei.
Best AnswerHi CiRei, The workaround is to edit your sleep (minor adjustment is fine) and push save. Then force a server resync (pull to refresh from main page) and readiness score should show up. You'll need to do this day to day for historical.
So basically the bug is likely when it logs our sleep it isn’t forcing a synch at that time (and I guess it’s not sent in general synchs after that ‘failed initial’ send unless it’s updated)
note for the support guy!
(maybe if you can thumb this so they see it. Excellent work finding workaround though but sounds like a simple fix..
My readiness score has been showing until 15 October and there was no score that day, then a score on the 16th and then nothing since. The app updated yesterday and still nothing today, I have restarted the charge 5 several times and nothing is working. I have a premium subscription and have never had an issue until the 15th of this month. What's going on?
Best AnswerHi Juan,
I have reported this several times now but it is still not yet working.
The Build Cardio Fitness “Set Your Focus” tile set is still not appearing as an option but even if I set it up manually as the photo indicates, the Readiness tile is not showing what the instructions state.
There is no suggested Cardio load anywhere in the Readiness section or tile and it states there should be - refer first photo below. A few other users have noted this as well. We used to get a prediction of how much activity to do previously. Now we are supposed to get an indication of “Cardio Load” which I assume is still a reference to Active Zone Minutes but it is not appearing anywhere. It should be somewhere in the Readiness screen as some users may not want it as their top tile. But regardless, it should be showing in both places. All I am seeing is the Readiness score in this tile. No description of it (Low, Moderate or High) or reference to Cardio Load - refer second screenshot below.
The team need to resolve this please!!!
My current screenshot. No reference to cardio load in top tile or reference to Low, Moderate or High
