Redesigned Sleep experience now in the iOS app

Why are the sleep scores and data displayed differently? I assume it’s the new ios update, but I preferred the former presentation.

Totally agree!  Much preferred the prior format for the sleep app info.  Had not switched over to an Apple Watch because I preferred fitbits sleep app format.  My incentive to stay with Fitbit is now gone.

Agree. Very odd that Google is downgrading both the functionality AND aesthetics. That’s quite an achievement! 
I do hope the misguided designers at Google don’t dismiss all this feedback as “change resistance”, or moans from “laggards” and “late adopters”! 
I wasn’t loyal to Fitbit - I stayed with the platform because of inertia. I liked it. It worked. Why waste time looking at other options? Well, now I don’t and it doesn’t, so I will.

The new format for the sleep UI is seriously flawed. Did you NOT use actual UI designers to make these changes? 

- The font is difficult to read

- the colors are meaningless

- the graph is far less pleasant or informative, and it’s unpleasant to look at

The entire user experience is a big step down from the prior version. Seriously disappointing.

Please take us back to the old format!

I think most people have complained about this so called updated app which quite honestly is absolutely useless , it no longer records your sleep and the layout is totally unreadable and most days I get a totally incorrect reading . The colours are difficult to decipher and the pastel colours are totally unreadable , the app is basically useless perhaps now google own it they are making it useless so we all go out and buy google watches .  No one from Fitbit has responded to any of our comments which is unacceptable .

I cannot believe how many problems this very childish Iooking unreadable
new app is with so many people. It’s obviously useless and thousands are
unhappy but still no comment from Fitbit l, what is happening, very
unhappy, it’s not just the layout but it doesn’t give proper readings and
is totally unacceptable to have an app that doesn’t do what it’s supposed
to do and one we were all very happy with until this totally unreadable app
appeared

I have been a Fitbit user since it started and the latest app is terrible.  It’s much harder to find the information or even read sleep score.  You need to go back to the drawing board or just return it to how it was.

It's been nothing but one complaint after another with no response from Fitbit, if they don't care then I don't, I cancelled my Premium membership today.
