Reminders to move won't stay on

I've got a Charge 4 and recently the reminders to move setting will not stay on. I go into the app, toggle it to 'yes' for reminders to move, and two minutes later it has toggled off again.

- the app is up to date

- do not disturb is off

- I have rebooted the device

- and I have reset the app

None of this has worked!

Hello @sarahatko and welcome to the Community.  Do you use an Android or iPhone?  You are describing an app issue.  App issues are usually specific for tha Android or iOS app, but not both.  Your post can get moved to a better for forum, where you might get more help.  Fitbit releases app updates frequently.  Please verify your version by tapping on your profile avatar > Help & Support.  The current version is 3.90 for both platforms.

I use iPhone and the app is up to date, I have version 3.90 installed (and have reset the app)

@sarahatko  I moved your post to the iOS forum.  I'm sorry, but I don't have any additional suggestions for you.  It sounds like you did all the troubleshooting steps I would do.  I also have 3.90 and I don't have this problem.
