On my Versa 2 the app has recently started shown the same data for consecutive days. Shows 7034 steps today, 7034 steps yesterday & 7035 steps Monday. The previous days are correct. If I close & restart app it sorts out, but after an hour or so problem back again.
On line chat support say restart app (which I’d told home I already had), resrtatt phone, turn off Bluetooth & repair, delete app & reinstall then setup again. Done all that but doesn’t fix.
Anyone else having the problem? Any suggestions?

The same thing is happening on the Versa 3. The clock is also keeping incorrect time.

Hey Juan, it is improving. The two days prior to the current day are accurate, but the prior days all show the current day’s data. Is there any chance that this will be fixed, or should I just assume it will never be fixed?

I notice this complaint goes back to April and every time you or another tech say you are working on it.
It sounds like you are just stringing us along.
How about giving us an estimate as to when this will be fixed?

Juan, I don’t think it is improving actually. It’s so random that there are days when the problem doesn’t occur, but that doesn’t mean it’s getting better. You’ve repeatedly been asked when we can expect a fix and there’s no answer. This is a very poor response. I’ve been experiencing the problem for months, randomly.

2 nights ago after charging my Luxe, my Bluetooth couldn’t find my Luxe. I unpaired. I restarted both phone and Luxe multiple times. Then suddenly it paired and synched. Tonight when I went to check today’s data, I discovered it was showing the SAME steps, SAME miles, and calories burned for EVERY day. It showed the Luxe did the whole thing of turning off and restarted. But nothing has changed. Can anybody help me?

My husband and I are both having the same issue. Tried all the advice shared. Hope FitBit will communicate when a solution is available. We both have Charge 5s.

ORIGINAL POST: Mine started repeating again tonight showing the same steps as today’s steps on prior days. (Inspire 3)
I found a workaround!!
Click on the steps to see the option to click on “week”.
From the “Week” view I am seeing the correct numbers for each day!

The Fitbit is serving no purpose on tracking steps. When will this be fixed or is it time to drop Fitbit and find another option?
