On my Versa 2 the app has recently started shown the same data for consecutive days. Shows 7034 steps today, 7034 steps yesterday & 7035 steps Monday. The previous days are correct. If I close & restart app it sorts out, but after an hour or so problem back again.
On line chat support say restart app (which I’d told home I already had), resrtatt phone, turn off Bluetooth & repair, delete app & reinstall then setup again. Done all that but doesn’t fix.
Anyone else having the problem? Any suggestions?

Best AnswerMine is stuck on doing 5000 steps per hour, every hour and has been for 2 days. I'm not up to 90000 steps and I haven't even had it on my wrist! I've contacted support and they were useless. I'm taking it back and getting a refund.

Have sent you information requested above and still no change or fix to this issue.
I have cancelled my Fitbit premium subscription due to this issue and total lack of updates.
Mine has corrected itself now. But I have still got the weird glitch of many steps over the last 3 days. I'm also wondering, usually you would get a badge for doing that many steps - no badge in sight! 😂 So I'm wondering if it was some kind of glitch in the system. I'll see how I get on and if it does it again.
Best AnswerFitbit is losing credibility with this.
The issues with the last version were bad enough. But even annual stats are removed now too.. it’s a really poor service..
I am not a fan of Apple fitness trackers despite being a iphone user, nor garmin.. but previous Fitbit’s offered so much more than they do now.
It took a little getting used to, but I'm warming to my new Apple Watch. It's not as good as Fitbit USED to be, but it's better than Fitbit is now.
Best AnswerI have been having this issue since January with no resolution.
I am using an iPad Air 3 with IOS version 17.5.1.
I have also tried on an iPhone 12 Mini also on IOS version 17.5.1.
I am hopeful to get a resolution soon. It is kind of ridiculous to call it a “tracker” when it isn’t tracking anything accurately.
Best AnswerI have the same problem on my Charge 5. And this is probably the 4th time that this is happening. I switched everything off and on again. I restarted my watch. I removed my Fitbit device and added it again. I deleted the Fitbit app and installed it again. It is still not fixed. And it can’t be normal to do this over and over again? Please help. I only have 1 Charge 5 Fitbit linked. I am not enjoying this.
Best AnswerThis is still happening with v4.19 of the iOS app. Why can't Google just fix the app so it works properly the first time. Interestingly for me it is only the Steps and Distance that are effected as the Active Minutes and Calories update properly. It would be fantastic if Google fixed the app rather than breaking it further. And they want / are removing the Web Dashboard which, for the present, still functions pretty well.
