When trying to update my ChargeHR, the software update froze. I have tried both with my iPhone and Windows 10 computer.  Attempts to disconnect the phone, as advised, failed pending completion of the update. What to do....

Hi @Liburke. Sorry about the issues you're having. Please try re-starting your Charge HR. Instructions are here. Do it three times in quick succession. Let us know how it goes.
