SpO2 app is installed but Fitbit app doesn't find it

Since the last App update (5 days ago), my Charge 6 is not recording SPO2.

I have restarted my FitBit, but the problem continues.

My spO2 function returned for 1 day and now it's gone again.

I was experiencing issues too but when I tried to install the app it said not available.

When I try to install the spo2 app as requested it then says it's not available. I have also changed my clock face and still no spo2 reading.

I hope this doesn't take months to fix like the previous update blunder.

Mine too has no readings. Once in a while one will show up but it’s definitely not consistent

Mine isn’t recording data either. Once in a while it will throw one in there but then none for days. Is it really that hard to program an update? Sheesh

Hello. Do you yet have a timeline for fixing this?

Still no SpO2 info being posted   It’s now 4 days running with no metrics posted. Really wish someone could explain why this is happening. And fix it immediately. I paid for this Fitbit 6 and app and only wish to get what is promised.
in the meantime I’m using a device that measures both SpO and pulse. Like the doctor has

The SpO2 reading does appear but it's a day late. If you go to yesterday's
health metrics it appears there. Not ideal but at least it's accessible.
Unfortunately Google is being somewhat tardy in fixing this bug, which
appears to have its origins in the SpO2 app not being able to be installed.

Sorry, but my health metrics no matter what past day I try no SpO2. Just
awaiting an update, hopefully soon!

Same here! Just did my update yesterday. Now no data recorded today and asks to install the SPO2 app but it's not available?!

I installed the long-awaited firmware update yesterday (v214. 24, Fitbit Charge 6) and went to the 'gallery' tile to change my clock face. Out of curiosity I selected 'apps' (to the right of the 'clock' option) and scrolled down to the SpO2 app, selected it and low and behold, found my overnight SpO2 reading displayed! Not sure if the firmware update had anything to do with this as I hadn't previously used the app-display function. However the Health Metrics tile still doesn't display the current day's SpO2 and the app 'installation' option is still stating 'not available', even though the app is clearly installed as described above. Weird!!!!!

I've had similar experience on my sense 2. Too many weird things the last
six months! Really annoying.
