Since the last App update (5 days ago), my Charge 6 is not recording SPO2.
I have restarted my FitBit, but the problem continues.

My spO2 function returned for 1 day and now it's gone again.

I was experiencing issues too but when I tried to install the app it said not available.

When I try to install the spo2 app as requested it then says it's not available. I have also changed my clock face and still no spo2 reading.

I hope this doesn't take months to fix like the previous update blunder.

Mine too has no readings. Once in a while one will show up but it’s definitely not consistent

Mine isn’t recording data either. Once in a while it will throw one in there but then none for days. Is it really that hard to program an update? Sheesh

Hello. Do you yet have a timeline for fixing this?

Still no SpO2 info being posted It’s now 4 days running with no metrics posted. Really wish someone could explain why this is happening. And fix it immediately. I paid for this Fitbit 6 and app and only wish to get what is promised.
in the meantime I’m using a device that measures both SpO and pulse. Like the doctor has

Same here! Just did my update yesterday. Now no data recorded today and asks to install the SPO2 app but it's not available?!

I installed the long-awaited firmware update yesterday (v214. 24, Fitbit Charge 6), hoping this might fix the missing SpO2 issue, but alas no. I was assuming that the latest app update (4.40) might have been tailored to the firmware update, causing the SpO2 problem. But this doesn't appear to be the case 😕
