Since the last App update (5 days ago), my Charge 6 is not recording SPO2.
I have restarted my FitBit, but the problem continues.

I have the same problem and according to your reply this has been going on since April and it is now almost June. When is this going to be fixed?

I use a Charge 5. I look at my stats every morning. Haven't had any major issues with Sp02, other than missing a day here and there. but today, it tells me the sp02 app is not installed and no longer available. My fitbit android app updated on May 30th.

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.
Thanks for the additional information. As I mentioned before, our team is aware of this issue and they're working to get it resolved.
In the meantime, I'd like to share that a new Fitbit app version, which brings performance improvements, was released for all our members. With this in mind, please go to the App Store and install it as soon as you see it available. Then, reboot your phone, wear your Fitbit device to sleep and monitor its behavior afterward.

It missed Wednesday (Tuesday night) when the bug happened, and I didn't update the app until Thursday when I saw Lizzy's post. but somehow sp02 worked on Wednesday night?
At any rate, my watch reported sp02 last night as well, but the app still says to install the software on the watch even though it is.

Did everything you said including this morning rebooting the watch itself and the SPO2 still not working

Hi there, @silvertondevil, @Icecream0 and @Jayes249.
Thanks for the additional information, the screenshot provided and your efforts while working on this matter. Every update released for the app or our devices contains improvements and for this reason I suggested installing it in order to see if this makes a difference.
I understand the issue still persists and I apologize for this inconvenience. I've informed our team about your comments and once I have more information, I'll make sure to update this thread.

Since my initial post on this subject, I have noticed that the device settings menu has changed from tiles to list format and integrated with Watch Faces and Apps. It's a bit better than previous but not dramatically so. BTW the SpO2 app indicates as 'installed', so what gives here?
