This morning all of my Health Metrics were registered in the graphs except SPO2, which was completely gone. Even the graph is gone. I’m attaching a screenshot. I’m on iPhone 12 and I have a Versa 3.

My SP02 graph showed up this morning but data missing during the “blackout” … just a straight line from the previous “last” reading to the value recorded for last night.

I would like to confirm that the issue with the SpO2 data not appearing in the Health Metrics tile should be resolved now. While it's not possible to retrieve data that didn’t sync, we'll keep working to improve your experience with our products, as well as prevent this from happening again.

This is happening again last night and the night before, no SPO2 data registered. I’m attaching another screenshot for you.

I bought my charge 4 last week and the Sp02 was active in my app and watch until today. I can still see it active on my watch face (registering a % number), but it has disappeared from my phone/desktop dashboard. Has there been further developments on this issue? Will it sporadically return?
