SpO2 disappeared from Health Metrics area

This morning all of my Health Metrics were registered in the graphs except SPO2, which was completely gone. Even the graph is gone. I’m attaching a screenshot.  I’m on iPhone 12 and I have a Versa 3.

My SP02 graph showed up this morning but data missing during the “blackout” … just a straight line from the previous “last” reading to the value recorded for last night.
Happy it’s back.

I have the exact same issue-started today yet my clock face still shows my SpO2

The same thing happened to me as well. I am on an iPhone 11, and I have a Charge 4. I have asked IT Fitbit about this several times. They have not given me a solution yet.

Logged in again just now and the graph populated with today’s reading...just still missing the days when it wasn’t showing the graph. Sorry that data is lost, but glad the SPO2 feature is working again!

Same here I’ve got the graph back but now missing the last few days’ data.  Frustrating as the Fitbit device itself was clearly working with no problem.

I would like to confirm that the issue with the SpO2 data not appearing in the Health Metrics tile should be resolved now. While it's not possible to retrieve data that didn’t sync, we'll keep working to improve your experience with our products, as well as prevent this from happening again.

This is happening again last night and the night before, no SPO2 data registered. I’m attaching another screenshot for you. 

@LiliyaFitbit Is there a different, new thread where I should be putting this issue now?

I bought my charge 4 last week and the Sp02 was active in my app and watch until today. I can still see it active on my watch face (registering a % number), but it has disappeared from my phone/desktop dashboard. Has there been further developments on this issue? Will it sporadically return?

I usually have to walk around for awhile before it shows up in the app. I’ve not had any more trouble with it not showing up at all. Hopefully it will be the same for you!
