I have the charge 2 and have done everything the forum has said to do and I still cannot get my text messages and calls to go through to my Fitbit. Very frustrating.
Best AnswerOMG!!! Thank you so very much!! I had done everything else and all were working except text messages. This finally did it!! Not too thrilled my previews now show on my
phone but worth it anyway. Thank you again!

Best AnswerI updated to the new ios released today, 13.1.2 and it still didn't fix it. Only way to make it work is to go into Settings -> Notifications -> Messages. On the bottom of the screen under options the Show Previews has to be either "Always (Default)" or "When Unlocked". It will not work if "Never" is selected. Hopefully they fix it so "never" is a valid option again.

Best AnswerI had to set mine to always show, and i dont want that either. is this something that is going to get resolved soon?
Best AnswerYou also have to make sure you update your FitBit app. This is a stupid “fix” Hope they actually fix it soon. I HATE having my previews on.

Best AnswerAfter updating to IOS13 my Versa is not showing up in my Bluetooth list nor is it synced to the fitbit app. So the steps specified in the help article: "Stopped seeing notifications after updating to iOS 13" do not apply. I have restarted my Versa as suggested. I have restarted my iPhone. I still do not see the Versa listed among my Bluetooth connections.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Recommendations?
Thank you in advance to anyone who provides assistance!
