I hear ya... maybe it’s a temporary fix. I’m not worried much about anyone seeing my messages. Hope they find a solution soon

I’m happy it’s helping some of you. I do understand it’s not a perfect solution and I do understand that previews will show but it’s just a workaround until this situation is hopefully fixed in an future update. Happy Stepping

After the last iOS update my versa stopped displaying test messages. I upgraded my Fitbit app, restarted my Fitbit and phone, uninstalled and reinstalled my Fitbit and nothing is working. Any suggestions?

Thanks for you attempt..not sure if you’re an employee of Fitbit or not, but the link you sent to that thread says people posting this issue from 9/26 and it still isn’t resolved..hopefully Fitbit is working hard to fix this problem

Hello @Ashley201988
No I don’t work for Fitbit. I’m a Fitbit user like yourself. Just trying to help others 😉 Actually the link I sent it’s best you scroll to the bottom of that thread and you will see that there are many pages but when you send the link it, for what ever reason, sends the person to the center. But yes, Fitbit is very aware of the problem and is indeed working on getting a fix hopefully in an update soon.

I replied on another thread that was created previously. My phone update to the iOS 13.1.2 this past week. After it updated, my iPhone 7+ asked if I wanted to allow notifications on my Fitbit. I said yes. After I did this, I started to receive notifications that a call was active (why I need to know that, no clue), an incoming call even after answered, incoming call notification in the middle of the phone call that shows up as the person I’m talking to. I assume it is a bug with the iOS update. I have deleted my blaze out of my Fitbit account, added it back, turned all notifications off, synced, then back on, synced, shut down my Fitbit and nothing has worked. I put all of this in here for the moderator to see. If you so happen to find a solution, please let me know. It really started annoying me so my Fitbit is off and I feel naked without it haha.

My text notifications stopped working after my phone updated to the new iPhone iOS last night. I have restarted it, paired it again, checked all of my setting and followed all of the instructions from the help section of the Fitbit website. Has anyone else had trouble with the new iOS 13.1.2?

I have tried all the steps to get my notifications to show. They are still not working. I have even tried uninstalling the app on my phone, and reading it. Are they working on fixing this? Would be nice to see my text messages again on my Fitbit versa
