Turn off the the preview in the message notification setting and your text messages will appear on your versa. I hate that this has to be done so I hope the update to the app works so I can turn the preview back on.
Best AnswerStill no notifications on Blaze from SE since updateTO IOS 13...is there a fix yet?

Best AnswerDoes it have to be to show preview. Or a specific setting in preview?
Best AnswerI am sure everyone is stating this, however the steps did not work. Tried sharing system notifications, turning banners off and on, reinstalling the app, factory reset, etc. I work in healthcare and can't have my phone out in front of patients or in meetings, so I use this notification functionality in case family has to get a hold of me. I hope fitbit can fix this asap otherwise my business will be taken to a fully functional smart watch.
I have completed all steps, restarted everything, disconnected, updated, un-linked, re-linked and all of which do not solve the issue.
FIX THIS ISSUE!!!!!!!
Last week I had to contact customer service because my phone and my Fitbit Lite didn't have the same readings and was told they had never seen this issue and would have to get back with me.
I would prefer the fitbit but if it's not going to work properly what is the point!
Best AnswerI’ve tried restarting my Inspire and as far as I can tell notifications are turned on although I don’t have the “i” next to the inspire name in the blue tooth section but still don’t receive notifications. I hated to delete and reload my app as it says it will delete my info but do in need to do that also? Still not receiving notifications.
Best AnswerGot my messages back to notifying me on my watch which is great! But, I had to turn on my message previews on my iPhone which I previously had off. What’s the point of having them on my watch if my phone is going to tell me anyways...? Even if I have it as “only when unlocked”, FaceID can still pick it up. My opinion, that’s a little dumb.... I get Fitbit has to work with Apple but really? That was the only way to fix it the issue? Why can’t it be back to the way it was?? 😩#hatingthechange
Side note: I love my versa! Just hate the changing of things when they were PERFECT!

Best AnswerI have done all of these steps. I have restarted my fitbit, changed notifications, deleted the fitbit app, restarted my phone and I am still not getting text message notifications on my charge 3. Help!
