We are aware of an issue preventing some users from receiving notifications on their iPhone after updating to iOS 13. If you're having trouble receiving notifications and you updated your iPhone or iPad to iOS 13, follow the steps in this article, which are also documented below:

My wifes Garmin had the same problem though.. So it seems it is not a Fitbit problem..

I don't have an iPhone, I have a galaxy 9s. My device isnt recognized and help or are there any issues other then w iPhone?

I tried this already and it did not work for me. Only thing was I now had to go back in and reset everything, like wifi etc. They need to get this fixed or I will no longer keep my Fitbit and I've had one for for a very long time!

You will only lose some settings. No files, apps or anything.
No music..

You are not resetting your phone. Only your phones settings.
No messages, mails, music, files, nothings gets lost.
Only some settings as: Ringtone, sms tone, etc..
Its safe! Try it! 🙂

On Versa 2 you need to allways allow preview. Dont know why, but that is the case on my wifes phone and watch..
