Why is there no human tech support help???
Best AnswerI have the fitbit Inspire HR. Long story short, I have ios 13.3 and app 3.12.1. I briefly had text/call notifications, but then then they stopped. I have done all of the steps multiple times. It takes about 15 minutes for my phone to even find the fitbit to connect to it. It then says that they are connected, but when I got to the app and try to sync, it can't find the device. On the few times I can get them connected (still with no call/text notifications) it has lost some of the data (exercise minutes/heart rate breakdowns, etc). I am so tired of dealing with this and don't even know if it is the software, the app or the fitbit. I am thinking that I will return it and find another brand of fitness tracker that will actually work.
Best AnswerIt has to be the Fitbit app because my Alta began having problems a few months ago so hubby got me the new Fitbit Versa 2 for Christmas, thinking it would solve the issues. No dice. Same problems with the new Versa 2. Absolutely no improvement. In fact, it's now worse because the sleep tracker won't work. Soooooooooo, I went shopping online and an Apple 4 is going to replace my Fitbit Versa 2 and the Versa is going back to the store.
Update: my phone and Fitbit will not sync at all now. I am glad I have paid SO much for a watch and little else! Fitbit has known this is an issue for some time...how is it not yet fixed?
Best AnswerSame for me. I'm over it.
Best AnswerStill not working! Over 3 months without receiving text messages on my Ionic. I’ve done every recommended step multiple times and have even spoken with support several times too. This is so unacceptable. It’s one of the main reasons I chose this watch. I’ve been a loyal FitBit customer for 5 years and have purchased over 5 watches during this time. Hoping this gets resolved soon or I’m going to get an Apple Watch instead.
I have had Fitbit for many years now. I love(d) all the features and especially the sleep tracker. The notifications were such a life saver, as a teacher that transitions the notifications helped me communicate very quickly to my coworkers without checking my phone constantly. A few months ago my
notifications stopped working. I looked to the fitbit community and support and it said that Fitbit was aware of the problem and they were working to resolve it. Months later and there is no update. I’m very disappointed and now I have a really expensive watch that causes more frustration then support. I need to know if this will be fixed or if I need to find a different device. Thank you
Best AnswerI never do the “updates” cuz of crap like this. Soon as you update stuff stops working & Fitbit is no different. It’s probably Apple not compatible so we will all have to buy a Apple Watch to see our dang messages. RIDICULOUS
I agree. Totally unacceptable! I had an Alta for YEARS and it NEVER gave my a bit of trouble. Had it so long the battery just wouldn't hold it's charge anymore. So my husband and I both got the Inspire mainly to track our sleeping (shift work is a killer). I have an iphone and he is Android and neither of us get our messages anymore. Thought monster company Google would be way more concerned with this problem since buying out fitbit-but apparently not. Way to kill a brand right out of the gate. Big waste of time and hard earned money. Very sad.

Best AnswerNone of this works because there is no information option available in the iphone bluetooth settings because the versa lite is hung.
It is insane that you are not compatible with the latest IOS. please communicate a timeframe for this to be fixed or instructions on how to return the versa lite to you for a refund. thank you

Best AnswerI purposely chose this device over an apple watch because I would still have the option to at least read my text message as I was able to with my FitBit Blaze. This Fitbit cost a lot of money to not work as promised with the sale. What are the next steps?
Best AnswerI have the same concerns. I don't want everyone to see my text messages on my phone, but I want the preview on my watch.
