I did what you advised, and more. Still can’t get notifications.

Mine is still not working with messages, but I do get my phone calls now. I have asked FitBit, but they do not have a solution just yet.

This new IOS update is really frustrating!!! I just want my Fitbit to work like it did before. I did everything the article said to do, but my text messages still won’t show up on my Fitbit. I’m going to start looking into getting a Apple Watch if this issue doesn’t get resolved.

what Fitbit do you have? I have a versa and none of the steps made my Text notifications come back. Phone calls yes but no texts.

I followed all of the recommended steps and couldn’t get the iPhone 11 to recognize the Fitbit. Just thought I’d give it some time. The phone apparently synced with the old iPhone 7 which is updated to iOS 13 but does not have cellular service because the 11 displayed the sleep info + from the 7. However the 11 still was not finding the Fitbit or adding info. Now all of a sudden the 11 started syncing and the phone asked if I wanted to allow it to sync. So it seems to be working! Just hope it lasts.

I am very disapointed. I have my fitbit inspire for more then six weeks and at first I was very happy with my fitbit. Since Yesterday I am not receiving any message anymore on my fitbit. I tried everything above... but notings works. Very strange....I don’t have IOS 13, I still have IOS 12.41?? What will fitbit doing about this problem. If this is not working within a couple of days I will return my tracker to the shop! I am not sure if this is an Apple problem???

Ever since I have updated the ios software to 13.1.2 I've been experiencing same issues. I tested calling myself and sure the call notification works but no text notifications. I have tried everything suggested herein the thread but nothing seems to work. I have removed the versa device and re-set up, checked to see if share system notifications is turned on when clicked on i icon beside Versa bluetooth, restarted the Versa by holding down the left button same time as bottom right button on the Versa and nothing seem to work. Please help. Thanks.
