Arupp224 have you tried Factory reset on the Fitbit? I was having similar problems, once I did the factory reset it has been working for about a week. Here is what to do on the Versa:
1. Click on the left side button, the swipe left until you get to the Settings widget.
2. Click on settings, scroll down to About and click on that.
3. Scroll down until you see Factory reset, click on it. Reset.
make sure to sync before you do these steps if you want your data from today to be saved.

Best AnswerThe red light on the back is for sensing not because of anything to do with your battery. Who told you that?
Best AnswerI just had a new update on my Iphone 11 Pro.
I retried my Charge 3 and it is working. I was able to reset my phone and app together and for the first days in weeks. I am now synced.
NO clue on how long this will last.
I am thinking of going with Apple later. I buy way to many fitbits for this to keep happening.
Best AnswerNever mind, stopped syncing already. That lasted a few hours. Geesh....I hate this.
Best AnswerThe issue with iOS 13 iPhone update that is causing people to not receive notifications on their Fitbit is STILL UNRESOLVED! Receiving texts on my Versa Lite was one of the reasons I bought it. I'm returning this piece of crap and buying an Apple watch. You're going to lose a lot of customers to Apple. Really Fitbit? Get it together!!!
Best AnswerAbsolutely frustrated with now not receiving notifications! Brand new & after my Inspire HR updated it all went pear shaped😡
