Syncing issues after updating to iOS 13

I downloaded the latest iOS version 13.0 and now my Charge 2 will not sync. please help

Already 2 months and nothing has been done to fix the bluetooth problem with iOS 13 and multiple fitbit devices. My inspire HR still cannot sync with my iPhone X. Tried everything, like most people. 

 

I'm done with this company.

I had tried almost everything.  Tonight, my last attempt was to do the Factory Reset on my Versa.  I knew I'd lose all my existing data, but not getting my texts and calls notifications on my Versa was driving me bonkers!!  I did the factory reset on the Vera, uninstalled the fitbit app from my phone, reinstalled it, went through the whole process like it was a new fit bit and now the notifications and sync works!

I have tried all of the recommended remedies, but my Fitbit Charge 3 still will not display my text messages from my iphone after I downloaded ios 13. All other notifications are coming through including calls and apps. Please advise on what to do. Thank you!

I did a factory reset on my FitBit , deleted and reinstalled the app and it
fixed it.

It’s very frustrating to say the least. I have an Alta HR and none of the fixes have worked for me either. I would have thought they would’ve been able to fix the issues by now. It’s ridiculous. I probably won’t be buying another Fitbit device again. Seriously no excuse at this point. 😑🙄

They could have fixed if they wanted to. Engineers are pretty smart and
this seems like an easy problem to solve.

I have also tried everything and nothing is working for me either. I have been a user along with all my friends and family since 2014 and I am done we are all about to switch some of us already have. I think by this time they should of been able to fix it. I am telling everyone to just switch all of the people I work with in the hospital have shown me there new watchEs from switching from Fitbit and I can’t wait to get a new one and show it off and tell them to switch! Working with a lot of nurses we like to compete and see who can get the most steps and since I am switching we are switching together we are all sick of not getting text since we can’t look at our phone at times.

I’m not willing to do a factory reset and uninstall and reinstall the apps
and so forth. I’m not willing to lose all my data to try and fix
the problem. Fitbit should be able to figure it out and soon.

Neither my Versa nor my Blaze will synch with either of my iPhones I am on IOS 13
