Same here, after doing everything my calls are coming through but not messages.

Nope. I’ve uninstalled app. Told phone to forget Fitbit. Turned off phone. Reset Fitbit. Turn phone back on. Reinstalled app. Repaired with Fitbit. No luck.
Between this issue and the horrible dashboard, I’m done with Fitbit. It’s not unique. Many other products out there that do the same and more.
Goodbye forever.

I too seem to be having the notifications issues and have attempted to follow the directions in this thread to no avail. I’m also noticing that the Fitbit doesn’t stay hooked up to Bluetooth unless I swipe to sync but then it disappears again and my phone doesn’t find the device. It will automatically show in my list again when I swipe Fitbit app to sync. I’m really wish they’d fix this. ☹️

Same for me though my calls only sometimes go through.

I think you’re the only one that figured out where the issue lies. I just set my iMessage previews to ”Always” and my notifications are showing up again on my Charge 2. Prefer not to have notification previews on my phone though so I set it to “When Unlocked” and it works as well. I’m happy with this for now. Hopefully FitBit and/or Apple are looking at these forums. Doubt it though 🤷🏻:male_sign:

I was trying to reply to @Mill89 I thought it would just add to his post but I guess not. Thanks for leading me in the right direction! This relieved a lot of frustration!

**ahem**. I was hoping for sure that would help some people. It fixed my issue. I did go through all the other steps suggested one last time right before it worked like resetting my Charge 2, reinstalling the app, turning Bluetooth on and off and re-pairing the Fitbit with my phone. Then I did Settings> Notifications> Messages and that is where I changed the previews for the notifications. I think I said I went to iMessage last time. Sorry it didn’t work for you. Hopefully someone else finds another tweak that helps.

Deleting the app helped my versa sync but then it began to act up immediately there after. So if we can figure out a way to make them sync why can’t Fitbit fix the issue with the IPhone 13.2 update? I am not interested in purchasing a new device. My Versa isn’t that old. I felt like they wanted to make money by offering a coupon for a discount rather than fixing the real issue. Is it time to find a different product? Maybe!

Note-Fitbit offer of 25% is not available on Versa 2. Only on select products.

I have done all the troubleshooting. My Fitbit Blaze will vibrate when I have a phone call and the entire time I am on the phone, but it will not alert me to texts. I’m fed up. It’s been over a month.

What seemed to work for me— yes, I did all the other things, several times. Uninstalled, restored, unpaired, forgot it etc.
go into the Bluetooth—>Fitbit and hit i And then turn OFF and back ON the Shared Notification. Not until I turned off and on did ALL my notifications start working!

Nothing has worked for my fitbit blaze either. Have done everything that everyone has suggested and can only get notifications of phone calls (and continues the notification even after the call is answered) and Instagram. I have loved my fitbit, but this is a really a problem.

Hi. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting ideas since updating my iPhone IOS 13 version and my Fitbit blaze will not sync active minutes. I’ve restarted/reset both, my phone and Fitbit disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth and other recommendations still won’t sync active minutes. Everything else is syncing fine.
thanks for any new ideas.
