Syncing issues after updating to iOS 13

I downloaded the latest iOS version 13.0 and now my Charge 2 will not sync. please help

That did not work so i uninstalled and now cannot pair device.

Hi there glad your problem is solved. I am still using preview text. Not ideal but at least it is working for me.

I have tried all of these steps to no avail. I will receive notification of phone calls but not texts. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, reset my Fitbit, turned off Bluetooth and forgot device and reset, checked notification settings... I’ve even gotten a new phone! (Not because of this, but it was time, lol) but the problem continues, so I did it all again. 

Suggestions? Is there anything else I’ve missed?

Charge 3 will not receive text message with my iphone7 update 13.3. Text haven’t been working with earlier updates. Si I purchased a Versa2 and the same thing, I returned it.  I have been told that Fitbit has been working on this for many months.  All recommended fixes and hours trying is not working. Signed very frustrated

I have been in contact with Fitbit help support team with zero success!

 

My Ionic was working perfect until iOS 13 update.

since then, my watch refuses to synch.

i have tried deleted reinstalling app, setting changes as per all suggestions and still no luck.

 

to say the response or help received I feel is poor.

 

they prompted/ suggested I buy a new watch in one email...why???

 

i have an ornament that don’t work now, why would I consider buying another ?

 

All I can say in summary is, my watch worked A1 perfect up to the point of the iOS 13 update . After that, my solar has simply does not synch.

 

how I wish they would get this sorted because as a customer, I feel very disappointed with the email responses and no fix.

 

come on fitbit. Get the fix sorted. I am not alone. 
If someone at a higher level in fitbit wishes to contact me to discuss this further please do so.

 

note. I have only posted this here asking for help as the emails to their customer services simply isn’t working.

This did not work for me. I have the old clip on Fitbit. Any suggestions?

2 months and a half and fitbit hasn't solved their iOS13 problem. My watch still doesn't connect to my iPhone X and iOS 13. Good job FitBit.

i am not sure how to post this as a main post but when i tried to reinstall the fit bit app to apple it gave me an option app called power sync. its a pink heart and basically helps fitbit auto link to apple health. i am just now trying it and hope this will help any connective issues

They got acquired by Google so ... No bankruptcy for them.

OS 13 is the os update on Macs in general NO IPHONES

These instructions did not work for me.  I deleted the fitbit app from my phone and reinstalled it.  This worked.

After weeks of reading endless threads and trying endless suggestions this is the ONLY thing that has worked. And now I have my FitBit back 😁 

Curious though, have you tried switching it back to hiding the text previews and seeing if it works still? I’m afraid to try it now that it’s working.

The solution that worked: 

Go into iPhone settings-> Notifications > scroll to and click “Messages”> switch “Show previews” to “Always”. This is the only that has worked for me after endless dead ends
