Text notifications not showing on My Blaze

Hi,

Really need some help here! Just got my Blaze today as I really liked the idea of it showing text messages along with some other great functions, but for some reason the text notifications isn't working the phone call one is but not the text! Can someone please help 😔 Thanks , James

Welcome to the Community @Jimyd. If your Blaze is not receiving your notifications, I recommend checking the My tracker isn't receiving notifications post. After following these steps your tracker should work properly.

Tried all of the solutions still no JOY this is very frustrating know! £159.00 for a part working watch. But stating on the box and advertising that it is ios compatible! (NOT)


Someone please HELP!!!!!!!!!

@Jimyd Sometimes starting from scratch helps. I'd recommend:

 

1. Open your iOS settings and forget the Bluetooth bond between your iOS device and your Blaze.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Restart your Blaze.

4. Open the Fitbit App and turn on call, text, or calendar event notifications for your tracker by:

   -Tap the Account button.

   -Tap the tile with your tracker.

   -Find an option to turn on notifications.
