My versa will show calls and will show my Ring notifications but I can’t receive text messages on it. I’ve contacted Fitbit and went through all the steps and it still won’t work! I have an iPhone X and it all worked a few days ago but now I cat get text messages on watch. Help!

I was receiving all of my notifications until I bought the Iphone 11. Now I don't get text notifications but get everything else. I did everything they told me to do and still no notifications. The Versa isn't new, the phone is. I'm so disappointed!

I’m having the exact same issue and I am in the exact same boat. I’d rather have text notifications than the app notifications.

I have had this same problem for 2 months!!! I’ve caught tech support 3 times, they’ve told me it’s a software issue with the new iOS upload?? But for 2 months?? Aside from the health tracking, This was one of the major reasons I purchased.
can we get this rectified in a timely manner?

I have tried everything and I have done all the latest updates and I am still unable to get text notifications on my Fitbit. This first started with the IOS update 2 months ago and I am still having the issue. I have forgotten the device checked all notification settings in the app on my phone and on the watch itself and I am still unable to get them to display. I am so disappointed.

Honestly, and I don’t mean to sound smart, but I just got rid of my Fitbit. It no longer worked out for me. I needed it for notifications and when that stopped working, I gave up. Numerous updates and following the directions to get it to work didn’t fix it. Also, after the gentleman from Fitbit told me it may not be possible to get it working again, I decided Fitbit wasn’t for me. It really sucks because I had been a Fitbit customer for several years.

It’s a waste of time. It has been this way since the new iOS 13 update was released. I have tried for months now. Nothing works. If you can return it I recommend you do.

I agree. It was great while it worked but it has been months now. I’ve exhausted all options.

Hello and a warm welcome everyone. For those of you that are still experiencing issues trying to get their notifications working I would suggest visiting this thread here:https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...
Pay special attention to page 1 of that thread and follow the steps provided very carefully. If any new information is available or any updates to the notifications issue it would be posted there. Hopefully the steps provided will assist you.
