Hello @LexieFran I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply with the information requested.
At this moment, I would like to ask you to check if your Inspire is not on Do Not Disturb mode (DND) by pressing down the button on the side for 2 seconds. Then, scroll down and tap on "Notifications" to turn them ON in case they're off.
After that, check if your Inspire is able to receive Notifications and if not, let us know so we can check this further.
Give this a try and let us know the outcome!

Hi @LexieFran, it's nice to hear from you. Welcome on board @TawniaC.
I'm sorry for my delayed response, and rest assured that I'm here to help you. @LexieFran, thanks for confirming that the notifications are on, and @TawniaC, thanks for checking the steps posted in this thread. If you've not done so, I'd suggest to try the following steps in the given order:
1. Remove your device from the Bluetooth settings.
2. Turn off your Bluetooth. Make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
3. Force quit the Fitbit app, then go to your phone's settings and make sure that the Do Not Disturb settings are off.
4. In your phone's settings tap notifications > messages and verify the three options under "Alerts" are enabled.
5. Check if there isn't any pending update for the Fitbit app and restart your device.
6. Turn on the Bluetooth in your phone and open the Fitbit app.
7. Tap on the account icon > Inspire icon and then on notifications.
8. You'll be prompted to pair via Bluetooth. Select setup or pair.
Once you're done, try receiving a call and text messages in your phone to test your Inspire.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi @LexieFran, it's great to hear from you.
About your inquiry, to force quit the Fitbit app you'll need to swipe up from the open apps. For instructions see the Apple help article.
Keep me posted.

Hi @LexieFran, it's great to hear from you.
I appreciate your efforts in trying the suggestions posted above. I see where are you coming from, and thanks for sharing your thoughts about this situation. Because the notifications are still not going through your Inspire, could you please confirm if the "Show In History" option is toggled on in your iPhone's settings? To do this, go to the iOS system Settings > Notifications > Messages > "Show In History".
Let me know if the issue persists after enabling this option, so I can further investigate with our team.

Hi @TawniaC and @LexieFran, it's nice to see you here.
@TawniaC, thanks for clarifying that you have the Versa. You can still try the steps posted above, and, when you're in the Fitbit app dashboard, tap on the Versa icon so it can be paired to pair it via Bluetooth within the notifications settings.
@LexieFran, thanks for getting back. The option will say either "Show In History" or "Show Previous". Make sure it's enabled and set to "Always". Once that is done, try receiving a phone call or text message to test the notifications on your Inspire.
Keep me posted.

My new Fitbit inspire that I purchased from you just two weeks ago is terrible. Everyday it has issues. I have to reset it. Either sleep wont work or txt and phone notifications. I am totally disappointed with this product. Today its phone and txt. I have done all the rests including removing the app ,repairing the devise, restarting with the side button.... nothing. please help . Maybe this one is just defective and needs to be replaced.
